Singapore and Cambodia sign Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation on Digital Government

Cambodia and Singapore have committed to continue cooperation in Digital Government through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation on Digital Government (MOU) between the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) of Cambodia and the Ministry of Communications and Information of Singapore (MCI). The MOU was signed by Cambodia Minister of Post and Telecommunications Chea Vandeth and Singapore Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Communications and Information & Ministry of Health, and Minister-in-Charge of GovTech Dr Janil Puthucheary, at a ceremony at the Istana on 18 June 2024 witnessed by Cambodia Prime Minister Hun Manet and Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong.

The MOU underscores both countries’ commitment to continue their close cooperation in Digital Government. Singapore GovTech and Open Government Products will continue to work with Cambodia Digital Government Committee in the latter’s implementation of Singapore’s open source digital government products, including:
